KidSteals.com is a deal-of-the-day website. We sell two awesome products per day at up to 80% off until they sell out. Everyday at 9am and 9pm MST another amazing "steal" starts at a price so good that it's not just a deal, it's a steal! If you missed today's steal, check back at 9am or 9pm MST for something new!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
In order to continue to provide the deepest discounts possible, we can not accept returns or exchanges. The good news is that our steals make great birthday gifts! They can also be listed for resale in the classifieds section of our sister site KidCrawl. We guarantee all items to be first quality. If there is an issue, email us within 3 days of receiving your order and we'll be sure to help you out.

I don't get your email alerts before you sell out. Help!
Here are some tips that improve your odds of getting our email alert on time:

Check your spam folder. Our email alert may be marked as spam.
Add service@stealnetwork.com to your address book or safe sender list (if applicable).
We send the email alert at 9am MST, but the delivery time to your inbox varies depending on your email provider. The delivery delay is beyond our control.

Why don't I get an email alert for your 9pm steal?
Out of respect for your inbox, we send one email alert at 9am, which includes a hint for the 9pm steal. Don't worry though - you don't need the email to check the daily steals. Just visit our homepage at kidsteals.com!

I signed up for your email alerts but why am I suddenly getting them twice?
Did you recently place an order? Chances are you checked the box "I want to receive promotional email from KidSteals.com" and also checked "Keep my address confidential." When this happens, Google creates a new email address that is anonymous to us but still forwards to your standard email address. If you're receiving duplicate emails from us, simply click "unsubscribe" from the email address you no longer want to receive the alerts.

Ordering

How can I check the status of my order?
Once you are logged into your Steal Network account you will see your email address in the top right corner. Click that to view your order status, order history, and specific order details. If you have any other questions, fill out this form here, and we'll help you out!

The site is asking me for a sign in. What do I need to do?
You will be prompted to either create an account or log in. To create your account simply add your email and choose a password. Or you can sign in using your already established Google or Yahoo account.

Why is the cart not loading on the page like it normally does?
We added a new cart to allow customers to combine items from BabySteals, KidSteals and ScrapbookSteals. Once you add something to your cart you can either click the "Continue Shopping" button on the bottom right or checkout by clicking the Google Checkout button. Here is how is will look.

Everything is sold out. Can I still order it?
Sounds like you missed out on the steal. Quick fingers are the key at KidSteals.com! Things sell out quickly and once the item is gone, it's gone. Check back at 9 for a new steal!

I am having a problem placing my order. Help!
Ordering issues are often related to firewalls or browser security settings. Try ordering through a different browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari) or visit the Google Checkout Buyer's help guide. If your question isn't answered there, email us with the browser you are using, the type of device you are using to order and what the error says. Hopefully that will fix the problem and you'll be back to stealing in no time!

I placed an order and forgot to update my new address in Google Checkout. Can you change the address?

We can change your address within the first 15 minutes of placing your order. Send us a request to update your address here. If it's past 15 minutes, it's probably too late. We ship fast around here!

I received an email that my payment declined. Will I still get my order?
In short, no. If your payment is declined, you will receive an email from KidSteals confirming that your card was unable to process, and that your order was canceled. Google Checkout will send you an email stating you have 7 days to fix the card, but because we work so quickly around here, we can't wait that long. Any products in your declined order will no longer be held. Please place a new order with the updated information.

I finished my order but now want to change the size or color. Can you change it for me?
We are not able to modify your order so please carefully review your order before it is placed. Our shipping is faster than a speeding bullet. So fast that not even our shipping superheroes can stop it without altering the axis of the earth!

Can I cancel my order?
We do not allow cancellations. Because of the steal price and speed of shopping on our website, purchasing with us is different than traditional online stores. Carefully review your order before it is placed. Once it's stolen, it's yours! Besides, we ship so fast that you don't have time to change your mind.

Can I purchase more than 3 items?
You can purchase up to 3 items each style and size per steal! The 3-item per style limit is so that people who really don't have triplets can’t steal it all! Order more than that and you have to send us a picture of your quadruplets.

Why won't it let me order from more than one site on the mobile app?
The iPhone app doesn't support adding items from multiple sites yet, but it will in a few months. In the meantime, scroll to the bottom of the app and select "Desktop Version." This will open the site in Safari and will allow you to purchase from all our sites in one order.

Shipping

I live in the Salt Lake City area; can I pick up my stuff and not pay shipping?
You're in luck! To save mamas who live by us even more money, we offer local pick up at our office. You can even shop at our boutique full of steals! Please click here and read the details before using local pickup.

I placed an order for local pickup but have been unable to pick it up within 2 weeks as asked. Do you still have it?
As stated on our local pickup information page, we do ask that all orders are picked up within 2 weeks. However, we know that on occasion things come up that prevent pickup within the requested time. Any orders that are not picked up within 90 days will be refunded minus a 5% restocking fee.

I just placed my order. How soon can I expect my steal?

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship to the U.S., Canada, US Territories and APO addresses.

I just bought today's BabySteal or ScrapbookSteal. Can you please combine my order to save me shipping?
We are not able to combine orders after they have been placed. To take advantage of combined shipping you can add items from each site and checkout like usual in the same order, all in one cart!
